Who
Matt Wachter. Thirty-two. Breeder. Bi-sexual. Single. He doesn't talk about the people he lost, the fact that he had a wife and almost his entire family was made up of women. It's not that he can't talk about, he'll just not bring it up in conversation unless you ask. He'll tell you anything you want to know if you ask him but he's never going to give much up freely.
Story so far
When the outbreak first hit, Matt was one of the first to get sick while he was on tour in . Since no one knew what it was yet, his band mates from Angels and Airwaves, took him to a hospital right away and cleared out all of his stuff, dropping it off with him and leaving as soon as possible, convinced it was contagious. He was left alone in the hospital, trying to hold on and figure out what was wrong with him, only barely scraping through, being one of the worst cases. Once he had most of his health back he and his stuff quickly got shipped to a compound where he was constantly watched until he was completely healthy once more. Once he was told what was happening, he started fighting to get back to the States. Moving from one compound to another in the same country isn't a problem but flying to one in another country apparently was. Beginning of June, he finally managed to get a flight and get to the former MacArthur base compound, where he was quickly moved into. He was soon reunited with his former band mates from 30 Seconds to Mars, finally having some friends and support system through the whole ordeal.
